They completed my bridal service super quickly, the customer service is phenomenal and the store is impeccable with loads of options for everyone!

 

Kaylyn --My girlfriends and I went in to look around and do some window-shopping. We were helped by Marissa and she was wonderful! Very friendly and patient, even though we had no intention of making a purchase at the time. She showed us different styles and sizes, letting us try on anything we wanted. She also measured our finger size and taught us the correct way to remove a ring. She even offered to do custom-ring drawings!!! I would highly recommend this store, and her, to any lucky girl in the market for a beautiful, responsibly-sourced ring.

I did a lot of research on the four C's of diamond purchasing and Heather (my salesperson) helped my find the perfect diamond. After proposing, I took my fiancé in to look at other settings and diamonds, but changed nothing about the ring. Heather helped me find the right diamond on the first try.

The thing I liked most is that they were willing to listen to my requirements (both for the ring and my pocketbook) and actually took time to educate me about diamonds (cut, clarity, color, etc.). It was very informative and helped me understand exactly what I was buying! Furthermore, there was no hard sale whatsoever. The entire staff at Fey & Co. were easy going, but also very professional and attentive (which is exactly what you want when you are buying your wife a ring she will wear the rest of her life).
